Green Energy Program - Delmarva Power Customers

The Delaware Energy Office offers grants up to 50% of the installed cost of Photovoltaic, Solar Water Heating, Wind and Geothermal renewable energy technologies.  Please follow the Grant Instructions and print out the appropriate Grant Application form.

NOTICE: Please be aware that due to the tremendous success of the Green Energy Program the amount of time to receive your grant could be lengthy.    As new applications arrive projects will be approved but only those completing projects will be paid grant money.
